The Inner South Belfast Health Project provides a valuable range of health programmes and information across Inner South neighbourhood renewal area. The project is managed and administered by LORAG but work across the three distinct communities of Inner South namely Donegall Pass, Lower Ormeau & Markets.
Training and information provided by the Health Project are on key -topical areas of health such as;
- Reducing Weight
- Mental Health & Wellbeing
- Lifestyle Choices (e.g) volunteering
- Drug and Alcohol Awareness
The Project engages directly with local established groups to provide , compliment or enhance/develop health information being offered. Our programmes are tailored to meet the specific needs of your group and are delivered by qualified trainers and volunteers.
Examples of programmes include: Stop Smoking Messages in Youth Groups, Healthy Eating for children and school groups, stress reduction for parents.
